Sewell BMW of the Permian Basin is seeking a Service Manager

Sewell BMW is seeking a performance-driven Service Manager to lead our service operations in Midland, Texas. This is an outstanding opportunity for a proven automotive leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving operational excellence and profitability.

As Service Manager, you will oversee all fixed operations within the service department, ensuring efficiency, accountability, and a culture built around premium customer care that reflects the BMW and Sewell brands.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, coach, and develop Service Advisors, Technicians, and support staff
  • Drive service department profitability, productivity, and CSI performance
  • Monitor KPIs including labor gross, effective labor rate, technician efficiency, and RO count
  • Ensure operational excellence in scheduling, workflow, and quality control
  • Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and high performance
  • Maintain compliance with OEM standards and company policies

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of automotive service management experience (BMW or luxury experience preferred)
  • Proven track record of increasing revenue and gross profit
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • High-level understanding of fixed ops metrics and performance drivers
  • Customer-first mindset with exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
