We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant Nurse Manager to join our nursing team and help lead our mission.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with the Nurse Manager to oversee nursing operations, medication administration, and medical treatment.
- Participate in scheduling, leading, and developing our nursing staff.
- Ensure medical safety standards are upheld and that nursing practices align with licensing standards.
- Liaise between administration, physicians, pharmacy, clinical staff, and clients on behalf of the Nurse Manager.
- Share call rotation responsibilities with the Nurse Manager as part of this full-time, salaried-exempt leadership role.
Your Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse license (or license eligible); pursuing or holding a BSN is preferred.
- Previous experience in a nursing operations leadership role, ideally in a hospital or residential setting.
- Experience in Professional Nursing for Mental Health or Behavioral Health populations is essential.
- Strong communication and time management skills, along with a commitment to safety and teamwork.
- Current CPR/BLS certification is required prior to starting work; we can provide this if needed.
