The Cove Restaurant & Marina, located in Fall River, MA, is seeking an experienced Restaurant/Bar Manager
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the bar and dining room operations.
- Recruit, train and inspire the bar & front of the house team.
- Stay updated with industry trends, focusing on an innovative cocktail menu.
- Manage bar inventory, ordering and cost controls.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years restaurant and bar management
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
