· Monthly Income Statements/Balance Sheets
· Oversee AP/AR and enter in QuickBooks
· Liaison between company and financing institutions
· Payroll & payroll taxes (ADP)
· Manage healthcare plans for employees
· Manage building, business & workman’s comp insurance
· Responsible for year end audit
· Assist with lot reconciliation
· Assist with raw material usages/cost of materials reports
· Assist with month end inventory reconciliation/adjustments
· Other duties as needed
