We are looking for a detail-oriented Bilingual Office Clerk to join our team in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. This Contract position involves supporting a variety of administrative tasks that are essential for smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a willingness to assist in diverse office responsibilities.


Responsibilities:

• Prepare and organize mailings, including stuffing envelopes and handling daily mail distribution.

• Scan and digitize documents to maintain accurate and accessible records.

• Assist clerks with various tasks such as contacting individuals, mailing items, or setting appointments.

• Serve as a receptionist by managing inbound calls, answering inquiries, and greeting visitors.

• Pick up mail from the office location as needed and support additional office locations when required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or related certifications are a plus.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required; written and verbal.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an office or administrative role preferred, especially in a bilingual environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general office equipment usage.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • A valid driver’s license for occasional mail drop-offs
  • Flexibility to travel locally for mail pick-ups or tenant notice deliveries.
