Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Responsibilities:
- Manage dispensing and verification of prescriptions in a retail setting
- Provide pharmaceutical care services to long-term care facilities
- Collaborate with healthcare providers for optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations
- Educate patients on medication use and immunizations
- Participate in rotating weekend shifts as needed
- Work a Monday through Friday schedule, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Qualifications:
- Licensed Pharmacist in the state of Minnesota
- PharmD degree or Medication Therapy Management (MTM) certification preferred
- Current Immunization and CPR certifications
- Prior experience in retail and long-term care pharmacy settings is highly desirable
- Strong communication and organizational skills
