Job Description The Program Manager will provide business, technical, and personnel management for large, complex projects, including application and systems development. The selected candidate will oversee day-to-day program operations, managing task orders or groups of interconnected systems, while ensuring timely and quality-driven delivery. This role serves as the principal RedSky representative to the customer, authorized to negotiate and commit on behalf of the company.Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage multidisciplinary teams across multiple concurrent projects.
- Oversee the execution of task orders, including scheduling, resource allocation, and compliance monitoring.
- Conceive, plan, and execute solutions that resolve complex business and technical challenges cost-effectively.
- Assign, monitor, and evaluate work for subordinates and subcontractors to ensure compliance with standards.
- Serve as the authorized Contractor interface with Government representatives, empowered to make binding decisions.
Required Experience:
- Seven (7) or more years as a mid-level or senior Program Manager, preferably in IT, systems engineering, or consulting environments.
Required Skills:
- Expert leadership for multidisciplinary teams.
- Clear, effective communication with both internal personnel and government stakeholders.
- Ability to develop and implement solutions within technical and budgetary constraints.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- PMP certification preferred.
