We have an immediate opening for a Manager of Sales Operations to join our team. This position will report to the Associate Director of Sales Operations and provide critical administrative and operational support to the Psychiatry Sales division, ensuring the seamless execution of sales processes, CRM management, client communications, and event logistics. This role is designed to enhance efficiency across pharma and non-pharma accounts by handling day-to-day operational tasks, maintaining accurate sales data, and supporting the broader sales team in achieving revenue goals.


The ideal candidate will be an extremely organized and highly flexible multitasker with a strong desire to grow within the company.


Responsibilities

Sales Operations & CRM Management

  • Maintain and update CRM system (HubSpot), ensuring accuracy of client and prospect data.
  • Process and file client contracts and documentation in accordance with company standards and procedures.
  • Handle routine CRM updates, data cleanup, and lead assignment workflows.
  • Generate and distribute standard sales reports and dashboards.


Account & Administrative Support

  • Support account executives by managing contract administration, conference trackers, and follow-up documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation of client proposals, agreements, and post-event reports.
  • Support the Associate Director, Sales Operations (Zoe Holman), and the National Accounts team as needed.


Event & Meeting Logistics

  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to facilitate on-site support for industry conferences and virtual events.
  • Maintain schedules, shipping lists, and inventory tracking for event-related materials.
  • Ensure timely delivery of client assets, signage, and collateral for sponsored events.


Process & Systems Support

  • Support implementation and upkeep of sales enablement tools (e.g., Map Your Show, Airtable, Adobe Express).
  • Assist in process documentation and the creation of standard operating procedures.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvements to streamline workflows and enhance data quality.


Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.


Experience

  • 1-2 years of professional experience working in a sales environment preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, is required.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, Netsuite, etc.) preferred.
  • Experience working with project management software (e.g., Hive, Monday, Asana, etc.) preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (exposure to client support/communication a plus).

  • Ability to travel for conferences 4-5 times per year.
