Job Title: Project Manager – Commercial Construction


Location: Greater St. Louis


Full-Time | General Contractor | Commercial & Industrial Projects

Tiello is partnered with a reputable and growing General Contractor in the Midwest that is actively seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented construction professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in driving projects to successful completion.


Position Overview:

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading commercial and industrial construction projects from planning through closeout. Acting as a central point of contact between internal teams, clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, this individual will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and with a high standard of quality. A strong focus on communication, adaptability, and organization is essential for success in this role.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of assigned construction projects
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
  • Monitor jobsite progress, safety, and quality standards
  • Lead project meetings and ensure transparent communication
  • Support preconstruction efforts, including subcontractor scopes and buyout
  • Address project challenges proactively and find solutions quickly


Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management
  • Proficiency in construction management software
  • Strong understanding of industry regulations and safety protocols
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred


Schedule: Monday to Friday, standard 8-hour shifts


Compensation: $100,000 – $135,000 (based on experience)
