We are currently hiring experienced and dedicated Chauffeurs to provide world-class service to our clients throughout the Boston area.
What We Offer:

Competitive hourly pay (Base Pay: $15.00/per hour) plus billed gratuities

Estimated earning potential $26.00 - $31.00/per hour

Sign-On Bonus: $500 FT / $300 PT after 2 months

Annual clothing allowance : $200 FT/ $100 PT per calendar year.
What You'll Do:
-
Provide prompt, safe, and courteous transportation for Carey clients in company vehicles
-
Represent the Carey brand with professionalism, poise, and customer-first service
-
Maintain excellent communication with dispatch and keep clients informed
-
Ensure timely arrival for all assignments with a consistent 15-minute Spot Time
-
Keep vehicles clean, fueled, and ready for service at all times
-
Follow all traffic laws and company policies
-
Assist clients with luggage and special requests when needed

Accurately complete trip logs, paperwork, and end-of-job (EOJ) reporting
What We’re Looking For:
-
High School Diploma or GED
-
At least 8 continuous years of driving experience and a clean driving record
-
1+ year of experience in customer service or professional driving preferred
-
Valid Massachusetts driver’s license
-
Strong knowledge of the Greater Boston area

Excellent communication skills (English speaking, reading, and writing)

Professional appearance and positive attitude
-
Ability to sit for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Must pass pre-employment and ongoing drug screening
