We are looking for an Associate Financial Planner to join our team in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will assist in delivering comprehensive financial planning services to clients, including tax planning, investment analysis, and retirement strategy optimization. You will work closely with the Financial Planner and other team members to ensure seamless client support and accurate financial reporting.


Responsibilities:

• Prepare and update client consultation files in collaboration with the Data Input Specialist for annual meetings.

• Support the Financial Planner in identifying and implementing tailored planning opportunities for clients.

• Assist clients and the Financial Planner in executing financial strategies and recommendations throughout the year.

• Conduct reviews of annual income tax returns and develop accurate year-end tax projections.

• Perform financial analysis and tax planning for clients' business units to optimize outcomes.

• Participate in annual client meetings alongside the Financial Planner to discuss financial goals and progress.

• Review and reconcile current investment asset allocations to ensure alignment with client objectives.

• Analyze and optimize retirement plans based on annual goals and client-specific needs.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate the implementation of financial plans.

• Provide training and review the work of the Data Input Specialist to ensure accuracy and consistency.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred.

• Proven experience in financial analysis, modeling, and planning.

• Strong knowledge of tax planning and preparation processes.

• Expertise in investment asset allocation and retirement planning strategies.

• Proficiency in data mining and variance analysis techniques.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and external vendors.

• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.

• Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
