Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A contract opportunity is available for a certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide onsite services within an elementary school setting. This leave assignment will cover multiple maternity leaves and involves working with diverse elementary school caseloads, including students in Setting III CDC programs.
Location: Anoka, MN

Start Date: December 15, 2025
End Date: May 29, 2026
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services under a 3:1 service model, consisting of three weeks of direct services followed by one week of indirect support
- Manage caseloads comprised primarily of elementary-aged students, including those in more intensive CDC settings
- Collaborate effectively with a separate evaluation team; this position focuses exclusively on therapy services, without evaluation duties
- Provide services across multiple school sites as needed, including Brooklyn Center, Blaine elementary schools, and Roosevelt Middle School
- Adhere to state licensure standards and district policies at all sites
Qualifications:
- Valid SLP license (Certificate of Clinical Competence preferred; open to Clinical Fellows, not SLPA)
- Experience working within a school environment, preferably at the elementary level
- Ability to manage a varied caseload across multiple locations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality speech-language therapy services to students
