Job Description

The Phillip Charles Group is looking for a Warehouse Associate/Hi Lo Driver for our client a leading automotive supplier in Plymouth, MI. The Warehouse Associate/Hi Lo Driver is responsible for carrying out various warehouse activities in accordance with company documented process/procedure/job instruction and customer’s requirement where applicable including but not limited to pull and pick orders, stage, as well as load and unload trucks/containers. This position must also assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the warehouse area.

Hours 6am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday with occasional Saturday overtime available.

Pay: $18-$19.00 per hour based on experience.

This is a Temp to Hire Position.

Warehouse Associate/Hi Lo Driver Responsibilities:

Load, unload trucks/containers (receiving/shipping) & put away product using forklift
Pick and pull customers’ orders
Generate, scan and affix labels to cartons
Scan inbound/outbound materials accurately and properly
Run reconciliation report to verify receiving transaction validity and accuracy
Check outbound materials accuracy against the requirement/paperwork
General warehouse maintenance including stock rotation (FIFO), DANCO, and warehouse equipment
Special duties and projects as needed/assigned

Warehouse Associate/Hi Lo Driver Requirements:

Previous warehouse and hi lo experience
High School Diploma
Valid Drivers License
Basic communication & mathematical skills, written & oral
Ability to lift 35 lbs
Working Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
