Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This position supports physical therapy services within a K-12 school setting in Grand Rapids, MN for a full semester contract. The role requires delivering skilled physical therapy interventions tailored to students needs to promote their educational progress and physical development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assessments to identify student physical therapy needs.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
- Collaborate with educators and other school staff to integrate therapy goals with educational programs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and services provided.
- Provide training and support to staff and families as appropriate.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist with relevant state credentials.
- Experience working in K-12 educational environments preferred.
- Strong munication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to effectively manage caseload and prioritize student needs.
