Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position supports K-12 students within a school setting in Lincoln, CA. The role is a contract appointment lasting the full school year and involves providing onsite therapeutic services to a caseload of approximately 55 students. The school is currently seeking candidates who are passionate about supporting communication development and are open to working directly within the campus environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload of K-12 students
  • Assess, plan, implement, and monitor treatment plans based on student needs and goals
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to ensure integrated student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school district policies and regulations
  • Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to support best practices

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome to apply
  • Experience working with school-age children preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 55 students effectively
