Renovation Technician / Skilled Tradesperson – Residential & Commercial

Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated, detail-oriented, and experienced Renovation Technicians to join our growing team. Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of skilled renovation tasks including demolition, framing, drywall installation, painting, flooring, tiling, cabinetry, finish carpentry
• Read and interpret construction blueprints or technical drawings
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
• Collaborate with property managers and maintenance staff to meet renovation timelines
• Maintain a clean and OSHA-compliant job site
• Provide clear updates on project progress, material needs, and challenges
• Ensure high-quality craftsmanship in all renovation work
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE (personal protective equipment)
• Represent the company with professionalism and pride

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in residential or commercial renovation, general contracting, or construction trades
• Proficient in using construction tools, materials, and equipment
• Physically fit to handle the demands of renovation work (lifting, bending, standing)
• Punctual, dependable, and committed to project completion
• Strong teamwork, communication, and follow-through
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
