- Contract Duration: 12 months
- Worksite Location: Maplewood, MN
- Compensation: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
What you’ll do as the LMS Support Specialist:
- Provide professional customer service and support to project teams and IT, resolving questions and system issues
- Assist users in navigating and troubleshooting issues in the Learning Management System (LMS) and Talent Marketplace
- Resolve system errors when possible and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams
- Support testing and validation efforts during system releases for LMS and Talent Marketplace platforms
- Contribute to team projects focused on talent and learning initiatives
- Help create and deliver communications and training to support system updates and key initiatives
- Actively participate in cross-functional project teams as assigned
What you’ll bring to the LMS Support Specialist role:
- 2+ year degree minimum education required
- Hands-on experience with LMS platforms such as SumTotal
- Familiarity with Talent Marketplace systems is preferred
- Experience supporting Workday applications is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to support a variety of clients and stakeholders
- A curious mindset with a passion for service and continuous learning
