• Make a guaranteed, six-figure income in your first full year as a licensed agent? WE WILL PUT THIS IN WRITING!
• No industry experience in real estate is preferred.

• The average income of our agents across North America is $250,000.
• We provide qualified appointments, NOT leads. These are qualified buyers and sellers, so you don't have to cold call, buy leads, or chase people.

Compensation:

$100,000 guaranteed or we pay the difference

Responsibilities:

• Follow up on all appointments in a timely manner.
• Uncover the priorities of buyers/sellers and locate homes matching their needs, and show them the homes.
• Be a trusted advisor and use a consultative, servant-leader approach.

Qualifications:

• CA real estate license or willing to get one.
• Highly economically motivated and driven to succeed.
• Passion for sales and providing exceptional service.
