J.W. Langton Plumbing & Heating LLC is hiring a licensed Plumber for residential new construction, remodel projects as well as residential service work. This is a full time position for an experienced professional who can independently manage plumbing installations and upgrades from start to finish. Key Responsibilities
- Interpret blueprints and plumbing diagrams for residential construction
- Lay out, install, and test water supply lines, drainage systems, and gas lines
- Install plumbing fixtures, appliances, valves, pumps, and backflow prevention devices
- Ensure all plumbing work meets state and local codes and passes inspections
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Collaborate with other trades and construction teams on project timelines
- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues in remodel projects
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication and professional conduct.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in residential plumbing
- Valid Plumber License
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
- Strong understanding of state plumbing codes and regulations
- Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Must have own tools and reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently

Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Full-Time Contract Work
- Occasional overtime as needed (rotating on call one weekend a month)

- On-site at residential construction and remodel projects
