The RoleAs a Plumbing Installer & Excavation Tech at Aim Plumbing, you will be out in the field doing real, meaningful work — and doing it at a high standard. Your day-to-day will include:

• Plumbing installations at varying levels of complexity — from fixtures and water heaters to full system installs.
• Excavation work to support underground plumbing lines and infrastructure.
• Working alongside experienced tradespeople and growing your skills on every job.
• Representing Aim Plumbing with professionalism on every site, every day.

What You Bring

• At least 2 years of apprentice-level plumbing experience, up to Master Plumber licensure — all levels considered.
• Comfort with field and excavation work (training provided for the right candidate).
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A genuine desire to be part of something bigger than a job.
