Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing)

• Help with meals, light housekeeping, and errands

• Provide transportation to appointments

• Support mobility as outlined in the care plan

• Observe and report changes in client condition

• Complete timely care documentation

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED

• Completion of a Home Health Aide (HHA) program

• Minimum 1 year of documented healthcare experience (or Mentor Program)

• Current CPR certification

• Negative TB test or chest X-ray

• Valid driver's license and insured vehicle

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical caregiving duties
