Insurance Sales Representative

Position Details
- In-office position
- Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Future work-from-home opportunities may be available based on performance and tenure.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, and company-provided leads.
- Follow up on leads and provide exceptional customer service.
- Prepare insurance quotes and explain policy options.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus).
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software are a plus.
- Active Texas Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life Insurance licenses are required.
