Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Location: Virginia Beach, Virginia
Employment Type: Full-Time | Local W-2 or Travel Contract
Pay Range: $38$50+/hour (based on experience and employment type)

Employment Options
Local W-2 (Blazer Jobs):

• Full academic year (AugustMay)

• Weekly pay: $38$45/hour (based on experience)

Travel W-2 or 1099:

• Flexible contract lengths (412 weeks or per semester)

• Weekly pay: $45$50+/hour

• Weekly gross: $1,400$1,600+ with tax-free stipends (if eligible)

• Reimbursements for housing, per diem, and travel

• Licensing support across multiple states

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services to K12 students in line with IEP goals

• Complete evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

• Support teachers and staff with implementing therapeutic strategies

• Maintain compliance with Virginia state and district documentation requirements

• Monitor progress and adjust services as needed

Requirements

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy or related field

• Active Virginia OT license (or eligibility to obtain)

• Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred

• Ability to pass a background check and fingerprinting
