What You’ll Do:
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time
- Monitor health changes and update care plans accordingly
- Collaborate with families and fellow care professionals
- Foster a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Offer support with empathy, patience, and a sense of humor
- Help residents feel comfortable, respected, and at home
What You Bring:
- Active LPN license in North Carolina
- CPR certification
- Experience in assisted living, skilled nursing, or long-term care preferred
- Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
- A steady, reliable presence and team-focused mindset
- A heart for older adults and a drive to make a difference
