Our organization is seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to become a part of our dedicated team.

Location: 15817 Fountain Plaza Drive, Chesterfield, Missouri 63017

Work Schedule:

  • Monday: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Thursday: 6:30 AM - 1:00 PM

This is a three-doctor practice utilizing Dentrix software!

Appointments are structured as follows: 60 minutes for recare and 90 minutes for new patients.

We offer bi-weekly hourly compensation with the option to enroll in Daily Pay, allowing you to access your earnings as you work.

There are opportunities to earn both daily and quarterly bonuses!

Our practice is equipped with advanced tools including arestin, iTero, and Velscope, along with coverage for continuing education.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Valid dental hygienist license in Missouri and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (as required).
  • Strong understanding of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
  • CPR Certification.

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
  • A commitment to ongoing learning and enhancing clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventative care.
  • Ability to address clinical needs as required by the office.

Physical Requirements

  • Capability to perform essential duties as required by the office, doctor, or organization, with or without reasonable accommodation. Adjustments may be made to assist individuals with disabilities in fulfilling essential job functions.
  • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
  • Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 45 pounds occasionally.
  • Willingness to participate in virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year.
  • To ensure a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is mandatory for all new hires in dental office roles. This standard requirement must be completed before starting employment. Arrangements for the test will be made during the pre-employment process, with necessary guidance provided. This requirement does not apply in Florida and Tennessee.
