Description
We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to support enterprise level financial decision making within the Commercial Finance team. This role partners closely with the CFO, FP&A, and Commercial leadership and requires a strong, practical understanding of full P&L finance, planning, and forecasting. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and capable of operating independently in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with finance and commercial leadership to support revenue, expense, and overall financial performance
- Demonstrate a working understanding of the Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
- Lead and support full scope planning and forecasting, including revenue and expense planning
- Support pricing strategy, price administration, and profitability analysis across customers and products
- Perform quarterly and ad hoc financial analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Support M&A initiatives, including financial synergies and post acquisition integration
- Assist with ERP system conversions, data integration, and reporting alignment
- Monitor KPIs and support financial reviews with senior leadership
- Ensure SOX compliance, data integrity, and continuous process improvement
- Travel up to 10% as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance with CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred
- Progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or commercial finance within manufacturing or industrial environments
- Strong understanding of the three financial statements and how they interrelate
- Experience supporting full planning and forecasting beyond revenue only responsibilities
- Exposure to M&A, ERP integrations, or system conversions preferred
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills with ERP experience required
- Self starter with strong problem solving and executive facing communication skills
- High potential, motivated professional with capacity for growth
