Job Title: Controls Test Engineer
Location: Fridley, MN (Onsite)
 
Job Summary:
Looking for a Controls Test Engineer with strong experience in control systems development and systems testing. The role involves supporting design, validation, and implementation of genset or similar industrial control systems.
 
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Work on control systems development using systems engineering (V-model)</li>
<li>Gather requirements and support system design &amp; documentation</li>
<li>Perform design-level and system-level testing (bench &amp; on-machine)</li>
<li>Create test plans, execute tests, and analyze results</li>
<li>Support FMEA, design reviews, and cross-functional coordination</li>
<li>Ensure safety while working with high-voltage systems</li>
<li>Collaborate with global teams and maintain project documentation</li>
</ul>
 
Required Skills:
<ul>
<li>8+ years in controls/systems engineering &amp; testing</li>
<li>Experience with industrial or machinery control systems</li>
<li>Strong in testing, validation, and documentation</li>
<li>Good communication and teamwork skills</li>
</ul>
