Responsibilities

Build and maintain a strong client base by proactively identifying and reaching out to prospective clients.

Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses for individuals and families.

Develop personalized financial plans, including investment, retirement and insurance planning strategies.

Educate clients on financial products and services, explaining features, benefits, and risks.

Monitor client portfolios and market trends, making recommendations for adjustments as needed.

Foster long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and proactive service.

Collaborate with other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client financial well-being.

Stay current with industry regulations, market developments, and new financial products.


Requirements

-Relevant licenses (e.g., Series 6, 63, 7, 65, or 66) or willingness to obtain them within a specified timeframe.


-Life and Health Insurance licenses or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe.


-Property and Casualty Insurance licenses or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe.


-Proven experience in financial planning, sales, or a client-facing role preferred.


-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly.


-A proactive and self-motivated approach to client acquisition and relationship management.


-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


-A passion for helping individuals and families achieve their financial goals.
