Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for both bar and restaurant needs.
Assist in planning and executing bar and food menus.
Restock and replenish bar inventory to ensure smooth operations.
ID customers to confirm legal drinking age and ensure compliance with regulations.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to company standards.
Provide excellent customer service, making guests feel welcomed and cared for during their visit.

Requirements

Previous bartending experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of craft cocktails and beverage preparation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment.
Flexible availability for lunch, dinner, and late-night shifts.

Schedule

Flexible schedules available for lunch, dinner, and late night shifts in the Bamboo Room.
