Job DescriptionExperienced Handyman Are you the one your friends and family call on when they need help repairing something around the house?Do you want the opportunity to work your way up “the ladder”?Interested in working in the construction business where you get to see your skills and hard work transform a home?If the answers to the above questions are yes, and you have experience in construction, we want to talk to you!We are looking for a skilled person to join our crew that shows a great level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic. One who takes ownership in the work at hand. We buy ugly houses and transform them into beautiful homes (yes, like on HGTV).
We need motivated, skilled, strong minded employees to work at various residential property job sites throughout the entire Tampa Bay Area. Each day may present multiple tasks to perform at one or more job sites such as:-Demolition work-Minor trim carpentry to include interior and exterior door installation as well as baseboard, door casings and possibly crown molding-Touch up Painting -Drywall repairs-Plumbing fixture installations-Electrical fixture and device installations-Pressure Washing-Minor Landscaping -Punch-list items including, but not limited to: hanging vanity mirrors, installing the American flag, installing mailboxes, general clean up, etc…
There are a few things you'll need in order to be considered for this position, so please apply ONLY if you are able to meet ALL requirements:-Experience pertaining to the above tasks-Ability to work well with others -Ability to work on your own and problem solve-Reliable vehicle-Basic set of hand and power tools-Mobile phone with internet access
About the pay: We pay TOP DOLLAR based on your skill and experience (paid bi-weekly). Hourly Range: $20-$25”
