Job Description

We're seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Senior Administrative Assistant to support a Chief Financial Officer and partner closely with the executive team. This role handles complex scheduling, executive communications, board committee support, and confidential projects. Occasional late-afternoon/evening board meetings may be required.

What you'll do

  • Manage calendar, inbox, and meeting logistics; prioritize time-sensitive requests

  • Draft, edit, and track executive correspondence, presentations, and reports.

  • Coordinate with Accounting/Finance to monitor deadlines, deliverables, and cross-functional priorities.

  • Serve as a liaison to department leaders, vendors, and external stakeholders; ensure clear, timely communication.

  • Support Finance, Investment, and Audit committee meetings: build agendas, compile/distribute materials, attend meetings, and prepare draft minutes.

  • Drive special projects for the CFO with a high level of confidentiality and follow-through.

  • Plan team meetings, offsites, and department activities; handle related logistics and materials.

What you'll bring

  • 3-5+ years supporting C-level executives (finance leadership support a plus).

  • Experience partnering with accounting/finance teams; comfort with financial terms and data.

  • Excellent writing, proofreading, and slide/report preparation skills.

  • Mastery of Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365; Adobe Acrobat; familiarity with databases/CRMs a plus.

  • Strong relationship-building skills with a service mindset and healthy boundaries.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior experience supporting board/committee operations (agenda packets, minutes).
