Job Description

We are hiring Landscape Maintenance Crew Members to join our growing team. This position focuses on mowing, weed whacking, and weed control for commercial and large-property routes. No experience required — we are looking for dependable, hard-working individuals who want steady work and long-term growth.

Responsibilities

Mowing and maintaining commercial and large-property sites
Weed whacking, trimming, and edging
Applying weed control products as trained
Maintaining clean, professional job sites
Working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Following safety and company procedures

Requirements

Reliable transportation to and from work
Ability to lift 50–75 lbs
Ability to work outdoors for extended periods
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
No experience required (training provided)
