Allied Personnel Services is seeking candidates for an Administrative Assistant opening! This direct hire, career opportunity offers full time hours, an excellent benefits package (medical/dental/vision, HSA, PTO, 401(k), tuition reimbursement), and a salary of $55,000-60,000/annually.

Responsibilities:
- provide comprehensive support to multiple consultants and team members
- manage calendars, schedule client meetings, and coordinate internal appointments
- arrange and coordinate travel
- prepare and organize meeting materials, minutes, reports, and client documentation
- maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation
- cover the front desk as needed
Candidates for this role must have at least 3 years' experience in an administrative role. Experience working in a professionals services firm is preferred. MS Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook are a must.
