Up to .70cpm + a signing bonus!! 18 days out and 5 days home!
Pay & Home Time:
9–29 months: $0.68 (Hazmat) / $0.65 (Non-Hazmat)
30+ months: $0.70 (Hazmat) / $0.67 (Non-Hazmat)Expected home time: Every 18 days for 5 days
Full truckload, dry van
Bonuses & Extra Pay:
CSA Safety Bonus: $875 w/ Hazmat or $700 + 8 hrs PTO every 90 days
On-Road Safety Bonus: $600 every 90 days
Hiring Bonus (choose one):
Option 1: $1,475 w/ Hazmat ($1,300 non-Hazmat) + PTO + Orientation Pay + $600 after 30 days
Option 2: $1,125 + Orientation Pay
Band Pay on short hauls: $35 (0–100 mi) / $25 (101–400 mi)
Anniversary bonus: $100/year of service
Safety raises at mileage intervals
Hazmat premium pay (less than 2% of loads)
Detention pay (after 1 hr), stop-off, referral, and other accessorial pay
~550 late-model Freightliner Cascadia & Kenworth T680s
Automatic transmissions, 1500-watt inverters, speed set at 65 MPH (PasSmart up to 68 MPH)
Requirements
Qualifications:
Valid Class A CDL
9 months tractor-trailer experience (6 months if teaming with experienced driver)
No DWIs in past 7 years, ≤3 moving violations in past 3 years
Must pass DOT physical, drug screen, and HPE
No preventable DOT accidents in past 3 years; no drug test refusal/failure
