Job DescriptionDescription:
Professionally administers all incoming calls and greets customers in a professional, friendly, and hospitable manner.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures phone calls are redirected accordingly
- Uses excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills
- Performs a variety of clerical duties, included but not limited to outgoing mail metering and incoming mail/interoffice mail distribution, balance cash drawer, batch print and mail customer invoices weekly, inform customers that their product is in, and administer customer corporate credit card payments
- Greets any walk-in customers and gives assistance when needed
- Sales Expeditor
- Performs other related duties as required
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- One (1) year customer service experience
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to sit for 90% of shift
- Customer service driven
- Ability to multi-task
- Professional appearance
- Microsoft Office experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good attendance history
- Punctual

- Team skills: a team player with the willingness to help others within the department, as well as within the company
