Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)

Location: St. Louis Park, MN

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Certified Surgical Technologist to join our dynamic team for an 8-week contract assignment. As a CST, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care by assisting surgeons during surgical procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare the operating room for surgical procedures
• Sterilize and assemble surgical instruments and equipment
• Assist the surgical team during procedures
• Maintain a sterile field and adhere to strict aseptic techniques
• Anticipate the needs of the surgical team
• Document and report relevant information

Qualifications:

• Required:
• Active Minnesota CST license
• BLS certification
• Minimum of 2 years of recent surgical technologist experience
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, instruments, and equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

• Preferred:
• Neuro, Ortho, Total Joint, Peripheral Vascular, and CV experience
• Experience with Da Vinci robotic surgery
• Experience with Epic EMR
• Neuro call experience
