About the RoleClient Drive is the fastest-growing segment of our business, enabling merchants to fulfill delivery orders directly from their own channels. As a Marketing Manager on this team, you'll play a vital role in shaping and executing strategic marketing initiatives for our largest and most high-profile restaurant and convenience partners.
This role will require you to build deep relationships with our merchant partners, collaborate cross-functionally, and leverage insights and data to drive growth, retention, and customer acquisition across our Drive platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies
- Create annual and quarterly integrated marketing plans for top-tier Drive partners, aligning with partner goals and internal strategy.
- Build a Best-in-Class Marketing Playbook
- Design scalable, repeatable marketing strategies and toolkits to drive merchant sales and ROI.
- Partner Relationship Management
- Act as the primary marketing contact for select strategic merchants, collaborating closely with their marketing teams to drive campaign success.
- Campaign Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Deliver recurring internal and external reports on campaign outcomes, promotion effectiveness, and ROI insights.
- New Merchant Launch Support
- Partner with recently onboarded merchants to establish brand awareness and customer acquisition strategies.
- Test & Learn
- Pilot new marketing methods and campaign tactics to optimize both retention and acquisition metrics.
About You
- Experience: 5+ years in a partner marketing, brand management, or B2B2C marketing role, preferably in tech, food delivery, or e-commerce.
- Strategic & Tactical Acumen: You can seamlessly shift between high-level strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Insight-Driven: You use data, customer research, and analytics to inform marketing decisions and improve campaign performance.
- Strong Communicator: Skilled at building trust, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and managing external partner relationships.
- Relationship Builder: Experience working directly with senior-level marketing contacts and navigating large organizations.
- Data Fluency: Proficient in interpreting performance data, forecasting, and collaborating with analytics to track marketing ROI and partner growth.
- Customer-First Mentality: You stay attuned to audience needs and trends, and incorporate them into campaign planning.
