Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the current school year at a K-12 school located in OFallon, MO. This contract role offers an opportunity to work on-site within a dynamic educational setting, providing speech and language support to students across multiple grade levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech-language evaluations and therapy services to students in K-12.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs).
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and state regulations.
  • Support students in both general and self-contained classroom settings to enhance their communication skills.
  • Provide bilingual (Spanish/English) speech-language services if qualified to support diverse student populations.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid Missouri state license for Speech-Language Pathology.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English preferred.
  • Experience working with school-aged children in educational settings.
  • Ability to work full-time, 37.5 hours per week, following a schedule of approximately 7.5 hours per day.
