- Evenings: +$3.00/hour
- Nights: +$1.00/hour
- Weekend Days: +$3.00/hour

Flexible Schedule: Full-time and part-time roles available
- Shifts: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM or 6:00 PM–6:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

Provide high-quality care to residents
Support residents in maintaining their highest level of physical, mental, and social well-being
Conduct resident assessments and participate in care planning
Implement and evaluate care interventions
Collaborate with residents, families, and staff in developing individualized care plans

What You’ll Need:

Must be 18 years or older
Graduate of an accredited LPN program
Current Colorado LPN license or Compact LPN license
Long-term care experience is helpful but not required
New graduates encouraged to apply
