We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing hardware and software quotes, managing client communications, and supporting the sales process to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver accurate and timely hardware and software quotations for clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with vendors to obtain special pricing and product information.
  • Review requests for quotes (RFQs) and ensure all necessary information is obtained from clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, such as data entry and reporting.
  • Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
    • Experience in a sales support or customer service role, preferably in the IT industry.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
