Job Description

Physician's Assistant or Nurse Practitioner needed to join existing outpatient psychiatry practice. Looking to hire by the start of September. Applicants should be fully licensed to practice in the state of Michigan. Responsibilities would be focused on maintaining existing treatment plans, new patient intakes and would be expected to operate with a comfortable degree of autonomy. Personality is essential as we maintain a casual, laid-back environment. We have therapists who work directly with us on site. Flexible hours, starting off as part time with a high likely hood of full-time status if you want.

Responsibilities:

Assess patient health through in-person and virtual interviews.
Provide counsel and medical treatment to patients
Educate patients on overall wellness and health maintenance
Develop and implement patient medication management plans
Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Qualifications:

Psychiatry experience preferred but not required
Ability to build rapport with patients
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
