Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) position is available for the 2025-2026 school year, supporting a K-12 student population. The role involves managing a diverse caseload of approximately 40 students across two school sites in Chaska, MN.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing direct occupational therapy services to students within a K-12 public school setting
- Collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Monitoring student progress and adjusting therapy strategies as needed
- Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participating in team meetings and professional development activities
Qualifications:
- Current Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) credential
- Experience working in school settings preferred
- Ability to manage a caseload of K-12 students with varying needs
- Strong communication and organizational skills
