Part-Time In-Store Promoter

Compensation & Bonuses
- $20/hour (in-store)
- $30 per qualified appointment (“Meet”)
Weekly Bonus Opportunities
- Earn $30 for every qualified appointment generated
- Weekly performance tracked through Friday at 12 PM (CT)
Monthly Bonus Opportunities
- 8+ Meets = $500 bonus
- 12+ Meets = $750 bonus
16+ Meets = $1,000 bonus
What You’ll Do
- Engage with customers inside Home Improvement retail locations
- Generate leads and set appointments for our services
- Create a positive, welcoming experience for customers
- Build strong relationships with store staff
- Communicate regularly with your Program Manager
What We’re Looking For
- Outgoing, friendly, and confident personality
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Ability to work 20–30 hours per week
- Willingness to attend team meetings (virtual or in-person)

Requirements
- Generate a minimum of 5 leads per week
- Aim for at least 4 qualified appointments (“Meets”) weekly
- Maintain consistent communication with your manager
- Uphold a professional presence in-store at all times
- Pass a Home Depot background check
