Step onto the warehouse floor and start by checking your forklift: pre-shift inspection, safety features functioning, forks aligned. With the green light, you’ll navigate aisles to stage pallets, load outbound trucks, and replenish inventory locations. Throughout the day, you’ll keep work areas orderly, communicate with teammates to hit timelines, and record every move so inventory stays accurate. Before you clock out, you’ll note any maintenance needs and leave your equipment and zone safe for the next operator.

What You’ll Do

• Operate forklifts and related material handling equipment to move, lift, and stack product safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload trailers with care, ensuring accuracy and product integrity.
• Perform regular equipment checks and report maintenance needs promptly.
• Keep aisles and staging areas clean and organized while following all safety protocols.
• Coordinate with team members to maintain flow and meet shipping/receiving goals.
• Track and record product movements to support precise inventory management.

What You Bring

• Valid forklift operator certification.
• Hands-on experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Keen attention to detail and a safety-first mindset.
• Comfort working independently and collaborating as part of a team.
• Physical stamina, including the ability to lift heavy items as needed.
