Your Role as a Commercial Service Technician
As a Commercial Service Technician, you'll be responsible for installing, servicing, and performing preventive maintenance on commercial garage doors and related equipment. Youll troubleshoot issues, replace worn parts, and ensure everything operates safely and efficiently. You'll also be the face of the company to our customers providing expert advice and top-notch service every step of the way.
What Were Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- Basic mechanical skills and comfort using hand and power tools.
- Ability to perform simple math and read a tape measure accurately.
- Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs and perform tasks involving bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders.
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
- High School graduate.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
- Prior garage door experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Sales experience is a plus.
Growth Opportunities

- Core Level: $25$40/hr, demonstrating proficiency in service and installation, including advanced track systems and operator types.
- Senior Level: $41+/hr, leading projects independently, training others, and tackling complex or specialized installations.
