Description
American Traveler is seeking a travel RN for a Labor & Delivery position in Florida, requiring at least 1.5 years of L&D experience and a Florida or compact RN license.
Details
- 13-week travel nursing contract in a hospital Labor & Delivery setting
- 36 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts (7p–7a)
- Requires 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule
- No on-call requirements
- Float to Women's unit first, then to the general house as a sitter or task nurse as needed
Requirements
- Active FL or compact RN license required
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) required
- Minimum of 1.5 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience required
Additional Information
- Navy blue scrubs required
- Local candidates are welcome to apply
- Former permanent employees of the facility must have been separated for at least 90 days before returning as a traveler
- Two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine are required, or an approved declination must be on file
