• Submit applications to lenders and follow up on underwriting requirements.
• Track approvals, handle stipulations, and coordinate funding.
• Maintain accurate records of deals, client interactions, and funding activity.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, lenders, and referral partners.
• Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the financing process, ensuring a smooth experience from application to funding.
