Job Summary

Community Clinic is seeking an experienced Quality Services Manager to oversee our Quality Program operations and supervise the Case Management, Care Coordination, and Health Coach teams. The ideal candidate will be an RN and have leadership and quality experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for executing and ensuring high performance with clinical population health initiatives, focused on best practice standards to improve patient and population health outcomes.
  • Responsible for the analysis of service utilization and effectiveness.
  • Oversees and/or supports QA/QI clinical service projects to enhance comprehensive services, patient engagement with their care teams, and ultimately patient health outcomes.
  • Actively engages in both Community Clinic quality improvement committees and ACO/other value-based program meetings.
  • Attends training webinars to remain up-to-date about program requirements, best practices, and reporting.
  • Coordinating internal training, in collaboration with other Department Managers/Directors.
  • Works collaboratively with the Quality Director and other Department Managers/Directors to ensure standardized, integrated processes across the system.
  • Adheres to departmental goals, objectives, standards of performance, and policies and procedures.
  • Ensures compliance with quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
  • Communicates with Quality teams and clinic care teams at regular intervals and develops an effective working relationship with care teams and patients.

Qualifications

  • Active Arkansas RN license preferred
  • Experience in clinical practices in an ambulatory care, family practice setting.
  • Knowledge of risk management and QI/QA principles, practice and management.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA/HITECH compliance
  • Ability to travel for activities such as meetings, classes, and workshops. Must be able to travel by air as needed to attend training, conferences, and related activities, including overnight travel.
