Your Role
As a Structured Settlement Case Manager, you'll be a vital member of our remote field team, supporting our Consultants while managing critical case data. This role is perfect for a self-motivated professional eager to learn the structured settlements industry while managing multiple priorities with precision and care.
Key Responsibilities
- Update and maintain case files in our RESOLVER system within one day of notification
- Maintain comprehensive reference materials including underwriting rules, insurance company guidelines, and filing systems
- Apply knowledge of life company underwriting standards to support case management
- Review, proof, and distribute annuity policies and final documentation to clients
- Provide general support to Consultants and Senior Case Managers
- Contribute to special projects and additional responsibilities as needed
What You'll Bring
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with case management systems or equivalent systems

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in settlements, financial services, legal, or insurance industries
- Knowledge of both Liability and Post Settlement processes
- Familiarity with annuity products and settlement business
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Relevant education or equivalent professional experience
Work Environment
- Full-time, 40-hour work week with flexibility as business needs require
- Remote position requiring regular verbal and written communication
- Computer-based role requiring extended periods of sitting
- Occasional light physical effort (handling objects up to 20 pounds occasionally)
