Start mid‑May to early June • Work through late August

Express Employment Professionals is now hiring Summer Assemblers for 3M Red Wing on all shifts. No experience needed - full hands‑on training provided. If you want great pay, steady hours, and a positive work environment, this is the perfect summer opportunity.
Available Schedules:
• 1st shift:
o 7:00am - 3:30pm (Mon-Fri)
o 5:00am - 3:30pm (Mon - Thurs)
o 4:00am - 2:30pm (Mon-Thurs)
o 5:00am - 2:30pm (Mon-Thurs) and 5:00am - 9:00am (Fri)
• 2nd shift:
o 3:00pm - 11:00pm (Mon-Fri)

What You'll Do
(Training provided - great for first‑time manufacturing workers!)
- Assemble and fasten parts
- Follow simple blueprints
- Sew components
- Perform quality checks
- Work with small tools
- Rotate between tasks throughout the shift
What You'll Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to stand and move for the full shift
- Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Drug screen, background check & coordination assessment
- At least 6 months of work experience (any industry)
